On February 19, 2010, INOSIM GmbH applied for Associate membership in the CO-LaN organization and the CO-LaN Management Board approved the application on March 1, 2010. Welcome to INOSIM!

INOSIM is a German company developing software for production planning and production optimization. INOSIM is currently involved in a research project aiming at closing gaps between chemical process modeling and discrete event simulation. One of the project requirements is to bring within discrete event simulation software the thermodynamic models coming from chemical process modeling software. This calls for CAPE-OPEN interfaces to be used.

Peter Balling, INOSIM Managing Director, will represent the company within CO-LaN.
