Although you don't need to become a member of CO-LaN to obtain and use CAPE-OPEN
standards, your membership is vital. CO-LaN needs new members who want to help
jump-start interoperable process simulation and modelling in the process
industries. By joining, you strengthen CAPE-OPEN standards. Each new member
means increased support, growth and information flow among the many users of
CAPE-OPEN standards who are also CO-LaN members. In fact, one very compelling
